     本機試法是取試件約 5m 長，中段撓于規定直徑之兩個圓輪上，兩端施加荷重，并接通電流，然后以 0.33m / sec 之速度，1m 之行程，移動圓輪，使試件往復彎曲拉伸，當斷線或到達設定次數，會自動停機，取下試件評定其耐撓曲性質。 

     Cut off the cable about 5 m in length as being the tt specimen which shall be kinked over the specified diameter of both wheels and each end has to be loaded with a weight。eanwhile each conductor of sample shall be loaded with a current。Later，at an approximately constant speed of 0.33 m/s to move the wheels over a distance of 1 m to make the specimen be reciprocally bent and tightened。When the specimen breaks down or the pret numbers are reached，the machine will s automatically。Afterwards，take off the sample and adjudge the characteristic of flexibility。
