本公司是國內具有自主知識產權的硅溫度傳感器KTY81/83/84系列，LPTC-不同阻值系列產品的生產企業。自主知識產權的技術在于具有電阻R-溫度T呈線性變化的硅單晶熱敏芯片的平面工藝制造。芯片用DO35玻璃封裝，具有體積小，結構，兩年漂移低于0.01℃的高穩定性。本企業生產的KTY81/83/84系列及LPTC系列產品，是目前國內產品的供應源。
