成鞋剛性測試儀( Shoe Stiffness Tester )

本機臺用於測試成品鞋-法國鞋39碼、42碼，和英國鞋6號、8號的耐彎性。將夾具夾持鞋的前部(確認鞋的前掌1/3處，位於轉軸位置)，馬達啟動後帶動皮帶輪，使轉軸驅動轉板以100mm/min之速度向鞋施加30N的力量進行測試。轉軸處裝有譯碼器，感應轉板轉動之角度，透過顯示器顯示該值

This tester is used to measure resistance bending to France shoe 39 yards, 42yards,and the British shoe .6, .8. With fixture to clamp the front of shoe ( comfirming to 1/3 of half sole of shoe, located to shaft location ), after motor launching, driving to pulley, to make shaft drive the turning board at 100mm/min to impose the strength of 30N to shoes in oder to do test. Equipping with a decoder on shaft, and inducting angle speed of turning board, showing the value through the display
