QFH劃格器是根據ISO2409-1974標準設計制造的。適用于GB/T9286-98標準。它主要用于涂料劃格法附著力的測定，不適用實驗室，也可用于各種條件下的施工現場。本劃格器有兩種規格的多刃切割刀（1mm，2mm），按不同試驗條件可選擇。1mm間距的多刃切割刀適用于漆膜厚度＜60μm試片，2mm間距的多刃切割刀適用于漆膜厚度60～100μm的試片。
本儀器有四面刀刃供使用，當刀刃刃口鋒利時可旋松船型螺母及頂部止推螺釘調換刀刃。
主要技術參數

2.試驗應在溫度23℃&plun;2℃和相對濕度50&plun;5%中進行。
QFH Cross Hatch Cutter
QFH Paint Film Cross Hatch Cutter produced by our institute is in accordance with the specification of ISO2409-1974. It is applicable to determine the organic coatings adhesion by cross-hatching.
This instrument provides four side blades. When the blade edge is not sharp enough, users can loosen the boat te nut and thrust screw to change the blade.
