本機參照 UL1581 標準要求設計制做，試法是將長約 300mm 之電線，印刷體朝上固定于本機臺面上，用白棉布包著摩擦錘，以荷重、速度及往復行程，摩擦印刷體，用以檢視印刷體之堅牢度。亦可檢驗各類塑膠產品噴油、絲印表面做擦試驗，如手機、電腦、MP3、CD/VCD/DVD、電話、電子詞典 . . . 等。
This machine specifications conform to UL1581 standard。Fix a 300mm length of cable or wire with the printing upwards on the table of tter and warp the rubbing hammer with felt to rub printed area reciprocally under a certain weight and speed。Afterwards，inspect the durability of printing。
