The 2560 is a low temperature dial thermometer designed to hang or stand within the food zone inside cold storage cabinets.
This is one of the most accurate refrigerator / freezer instruments with a specification of &plun;1ºF (&plun;0.5ºC), and is guaranteed accurate
for life. The 2560 is ºF / ºC selectable with a minimum and maximum temperature feature. The unique ABS plastic frame design is
removable for easy cleaning. Both the thermometer and the frame are water-resistant and incorporate an anti-microbial additive
that prevents the growth of bacteria.
