塑料滑動摩擦磨損試驗機工作原理結構特征
該機由主機、電控箱、計算機測控系統組成。主機（附圖a1）主要由鑄造機座及位于機座左部的力矩測量部分，中部的下試樣軸部分，右部的上試樣軸部分、偏心輪軸部分和試驗力施加與測量部分組成。
該機采用雙速電動機（2880/1440轉/分，1/0.75kW）驅動，電源為220V/50Hz，其接線及電氣原理參照圖c進行。

上下試樣軸的運轉
雙速電動機（1）通過三角皮帶（2）齒輪（6）齒輪（7）齒輪（8）內齒輪（9）帶動下試樣軸（12），使其以200r/min（或400r/min）的轉速轉動；通過三角皮帶（2）齒輪（6）齒輪（5）蝸桿軸（36）、滑動齒輪（39）和齒輪（40）的傳遞，使上試樣軸（13）以180r/min（或360r/min）的轉速轉動。當上下試樣軸都轉動且兩試樣直徑相等時，由于上下試樣軸轉速不等，（除滾動摩擦外），則在試樣間帶有10%的滑差率，使試樣間具有滑動摩擦；改變試樣直徑，即可或減小滑差率，如要滑動速度，將滑動齒輪（39）移至右端與反向齒輪（17）嚙合，使上試樣軸（13）反向旋轉即可。為了試驗時固定螺母松動，下試樣軸（12）上的螺紋是左旋的，而上試樣軸（13）上的螺紋是右旋的。
上試樣軸的固定
當做滑動摩擦試驗時，為使上試樣軸固定不動，應將滑動齒輪（39）移至中間位置，并用螺釘（38）固牢，齒輪（40）須用銷子（41）固定在搖擺頭（37）上。
兩試樣間壓力（試驗力）的調整
試驗力是通過彈簧（15）的壓縮獲得的，其或減小，可用螺母（19）進行調整，力值信號由傳感器（18）送入電控箱并在計算機顯示器上顯示。
摩擦力矩的測量
摩擦力矩等于下試樣半徑與摩擦力的乘積，此力矩通過內齒輪（9）作用于齒輪（8）上，使擺架（4）及擺砣（3）產生偏轉，由位移傳感器（44）送入電控箱并在計算機顯示器上顯示。
下試樣軸轉數的測量
下試樣軸轉數通過轉數傳感器（11）測量并在計算機顯示器上顯示

Friction torque measurement
