PLC control core ,which can efficiently control the charging and discharging process, can adjust the time for pre-pressure, discharging, forging, holding , pausing and charging voltage, nespectively adjustment of the specification is very easy.
Specially designed dedicated control circuit has functions such as phase shift triggered charging, testing of discharging current and conversion discharging ,etc. this enable welder to avoid energy consumption due to heating of current limiting resistor and magnetization of the resistance welder’s transformer as well.
Import charging and discharging condenser of well-known brand is used, its maximum capacity is up to 60 KJ.
